Influenza A viruses in bats
It is well known that aquatic birds are a major reservoir of influenza A viruses, and that pandemic human influenza virus strains of the past century derive viral genes from this pool. The recent discovery of two new influenza A viruses in bats suggests that this species may constitute another reservoir with even greater genetic diversity.

Blood Donations are Potential Biohazard from Those Vaccinated with Gardasil
Conclusion
It is the responsibility of health authorities to present evidence that blood donation from Gardasil vaccinated is safe for the recipients. If the authorities do not do this they may well have blood on their hands, possibly a tragic pun.

Half of Tamiflu prescriptions went unused during 2009 swine flu pandemic
Around 50% of the Tamiflu prescriptions issued during the influenza pandemic in 2009–10 went unused in England, a study by the UK’s Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (CEH) has found.
The unused medication represents approximately 600,000 courses of Tamiflu at a cost of around £7.8m to the UK taxpayer.
