MRI in this patient with acute stroke shows infarction involving superior division of Left Middle cerebral artery. Wernicke's Encephalopathy : MRI
This is an MRI image obtain in alcoholic beggar presented with ataxia, ophthalmoplegia and acute confusional state. Fornix infarction
 This patient presented with amnesia. MRI revealed fornix infarction. The fornix plays an important role in the human memory by connecting the hippocampus with other structures involved with memory, including the anterior thalami, septal nuclei, and mammillary bodies.  Let me share two CXR of a Patient with COVID19, note the peripheral consolidation in the initial CXR and see the CXR done 8-10 days later with extensive bilateral peripheral consolidation.  For the medical students and residents following this page please note The most frequent CXR findings are airspace opacities, consolidation or ground glass opacities. Sacral Tuberculosis
Here is a case of 35 year Indian origin male with backache with MRI revealed marrow edema in the sacral vertebral bodies along with presacral abscess noted on sagittal fat suppressed images. Interestingly before the MRI Xray didnot show much changes. Tree in Bud Appearance: CT
This is 13 year old child with mother who is sputum positive for TB. CT scan shows Tree in Bud lesions showing an appearance of multiple areas of centrilobular nodules with a linear branching pattern. Arachnoid Cyst: Incidentally Discovered on MRI
This is MRI of 10 year old child with trauma and incidentally detected Arachnoid cyst in the middle cranial fossa.  Arachnoid cysts are relatively common benign lesion. They are usually located within the subarachnoid space and contain CSF.  Finidings are well circumscribed cyst, with an imperceptible wall, displacing adjacent structures, and following the CSF signal on MRI imaging in the left middle cranial fossa.
