Medicare upcoding?
I'm currently working at a dermatology office with one dermatologist where every visit, even 5 minute encounters, is billed as a 99214. Since I started working here, I've seen maybe one visit billed as 99213.

UCI versus USC Keck SOM
I’m having a hard time picking between UCI and USC and wanted to hear any opinions on it! I’m from CA and hope to stay in CA for residency. Both are close to family/friends. Although I’m not 100% sure what specialty I want to pursue, I’m strongly interested in dermatology. ACOM (DO) vs. Tulane (WL) vs. NEOMED (WL)
This is more complex than it seems on the surface. My wife has a job offer near ACOM where she'll make 7 figures. I'm not 100% set on what specialty I want to do either but I'm pretty sure it's not surgical. Definitely not family medicine or pediatrics. Leaning towards oncology, maybe rad onc, med onc, anesthesia, dermatology, cardiology, so most likely internal med with a fellowship. We also have a baby and are working on having another baby.

UW vs EnMed vs Cinci
Debating between UW Spokane and Texas A&M EnMed - cost is relatively similar for both so not a huge influencing factor [UPDATE: LMAO , after receiving my FA packages I realized how wrong my calculations were lol]
