Molecules, Vol. 28, Pages 4953: Electrochemical Disposable Biosensor to Monitor Dabigatran in Point-of-Care Anticoagulation Therapy
riero Dabigatran etexilate, an oral prodrug, is often used to treat complications linked to thrombosis. Dabigatran (DAB, active form) does not need to be monitored. However, there are several conditions, such as reduced renal function, traumatic bleeding, emergency surgery, the need for thrombolytic therapy in acute stroke, or the requirement to use other forms of anticoagulation, where knowing the concentration of DAB in the blood is indispensable. Unfortunately, there are no convenient DAB-specific point-of-care tests available. To solve this problem, two disposable sensors were constructed and optimised in this work...

Effects of predictive nursing intervention on cognitive impairment and neurological function in ischemic stroke patients
ConclusionPredictive nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the effects of thrombolytic therapy in patients with ischemic stroke, which improves the neurological, cognitive and motor functions of patients, and reduces the occurrence of complications, suggesting an important clinical application value.

Predictors and long-term outcome of intracranial hemorrhage after thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke —A prospective single-center study
DiscussionOlder age, higher NIHSS, large vessel occlusion, and intra-arterial thrombolysis may correlate with ICH. The unfavorable outcome is more common in patients with ICH. Precise scoring of post-thrombolysis bleeding might be a useful tool in the evaluation of the patient's prognosis. Our findings may help to identify predictors and estimate the prognosis of ICH in patients with AIS treated with rt-PA.

The application of pre-hospital first aid mode in patients with acute stroke: meta-analysis
Folia Neuropathol. 2022;60(3):284-291. doi: 10.5114/fn.2022.117614.ABSTRACTTo systematically evaluate the application effect of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency mode in patients with acute stroke. The study was conducted by systematic search of Chinese (CNKI, Wanfang and VIP) and English (PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Library) databases. The case-control studies comparing the role of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency mode for patients with acute stroke were included in this study. Outcome indicators included the time from admission to thrombolytic therapy (DNT), the time from calling for help to receiving professi...
