ConclusionKnee hyperextension, non-sagittal pelvic movements, and reduced ROM at the knee, ankle, and hip represent the most peculiar patterns in HSP, compared to diplegic cerebral palsy and stroke. Botulinum improved comfortable gait velocity after 2 months. Nonetheless, interventions reducing spasticity might result in ineffective functional outcomes unveiling weakness. Intensive active physical therapy and FES might improve gait velocity in the very short term.

Discussion and conclusionOur results do not show significant differences between the persons < 65 years and the number of outpatient physiotherapy sessions performed, although the resulting values are close to significance. Our results suggest that the PPP is a young person, with a hemorrhagic and left or bilateral stroke.

Physical therapy interventions for the correction of equinus foot deformity in post-stroke patients with triceps spasticity: A scoping review
ConclusionsThis scoping review summarized available primary literature based on PT treatments for the correction of EFD. By highlighting the remaining gaps in knowledge, it provides a reference for future studies on this pathology. Further investigations are necessary to pinpoint the best dosage and delivery methods. Future studies should investigate whether early rehabilitation programs started during the acute phase might help prevent or limit the development of secondary deformities.

Research hotspots and frontiers about role of visual perception in stroke: A bibliometric study
ConclusionThis study analyzes the papers on the role of visual perception after stroke in the past 10 years and provides a new perspective for research in this field. At present, the number of articles in this field is not large and the cooperation network is not close enough. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among various countries, institutions, and authors. In addition, large samples and randomized controlled trials are needed to identify the potential treatments and pathophysiology for visual perceptual impairment after stroke.

Effects of performing a lateral-reaching exercise while seated on a tilted surface for severe post-stroke pusher behavior: A case series.
