ConclusionThe preliminary results demonstrated that quantitative analysis on CZT SPECT provides prognostic value for INOCA patients, which may allow the stratification for early prevention and intervention.

Prognostic value of myocardial perfusion imaging with D-SPECT camera in patients with ischemia and no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA)
ConclusionsD-SPECT MPI provides excellent prognostic information, with a more severe prognosis in patients with abnormal D-SPECT MPI. INOCA patients with abnormal D-SPECT MPI experience a poor prognosis similar to that of patients with obstructive CAD.

Molecular imaging of inflammation in the brain-heart axis after ischemic stroke: comparison of two murine stroke models.
Conclusions: In contrast to topical ET-1 application after craniotomy, the intravascular MCAo model enables imaging studies of brain-heart networking after stroke, which evokes elevated TSPO PET signal in both brain and heart. The severity of cerebral ischemic damage may contribute to cardiac dysfunction via systemic inflammatory networking.

Correlation of Global Cardiac Microcalcification with CHADS2and CHADS2-VASc Scores in Individuals At-risk for Cardiovascular Disease as Assessed by NaF-PET/CT
Conclusions: Global cardiac NaF uptake on PET/CT correlated positively with both CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores. Our data provides further evidence to support the association of these scoring systems with cardiac atherosclerotic burden.

Myocardial Energetics in AL and ATTR Cardiac Amyloidosis: A C-11 Acetate PET/CT Study
Conclusions: These results suggest that myocardial structure and energy utilization patterns differ between patients with AL-CMP and ATTR-CMP. Patients with AL-CMP have much lower myocardial mass and lower energy efficiency compared to patients with ATTR-CMP, suggesting better myocardial metabolic adaptation in ATTR-CMP. These findings if confirmed in a larger cohort suggest a role for novel therapeutics to manipulate substrate utilization in AL-CMP. Conclusion In the setting of elevated troponin, serious complications associated with either exercise or vasodilator stress testing appear to be relatively rare with no increased risk attributable to a particular vasodilator agent.

Left atrial enlargement increases the risk of major adverse cardiac events independent of coronary vasodilator capacity
Conclusion LAE and reduced CFR are related but distinct cardiovascular adaptations to atherogenic risk factors. LAE is a risk marker for MACE independent of clinical factors and left ventricular volumes; individuals with LAE may be at risk of MACE despite normal coronary vascular function.
