Fenestrated and branched endovascular repair for juxtarenal and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms: analysis of the first 100 cases
CONCLUSIONS: This study confirms that fenestrated and branched endovascular repair is a safe and feasible treatment for juxtarenal and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms with acceptable complication rates. Neurological event rates and associated risk factors in acute type B aortic dissections treated by thoracic aortic endovascular repair
Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) is the method of choice in patients with complicated type B acute aortic dissection (TBAAD). However, TEVAR carries a risk of periprocedural neurological events including stroke and spinal cord ischemia. We aimed to look at procedure-related neurological complications within a large cohort of TBAAD patients treated by TEVAR.

Mid-term outcomes of hybrid debranching endovascular aortic arch repair in landing zones 0-2
CONCLUSION: Hybrid debranching endovascular aortic arch repair is feasible and relatively safe with acceptable mid-term outcomes. Zone 0 patients has worse early and late outcomes in comparison to other zones. Endovascular Repair of Complicated Type B Aortic Intramural Haematoma: A Single Centre Long Term Experience
CONCLUSION: Complicated type B IMH can be treated effectively by TEVAR, thus preventing death from aortic rupture. However, severe early post-operative complications, most importantly stroke, are of concern.
