Autotitrating Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure in Large Vessel Steno-Occlusive Stroke Patients With Suspected Sleep Apnea: A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study
Conclusions: In this prematurely terminated trial, auto-BPAP was safe but did not show an effect on short-term clinical outcomes in selected ischemic stroke patients. Its tolerability, however, may be limited in hyperacute stroke care and needs to be improved before larger trials are conducted.Clinical Trial Registration:ClinicalTrials.gov, identifier: NCT01812993.

Resilience as the Mediating Factor in the Relationship Between Sleep Disturbance and Post-stroke Depression of Stroke Patients in China: A Structural Equation Modeling Analysis
Conclusions: The prevalence of PSD was high among the Chinese stroke patients. Sleep disturbance was highly associated with PSD, resulting in the increased risk of PSD. Furthermore, resilience has a mediating effect on the relationship between sleep disturbance and PSD, and could reduce the negative effect of sleep disturbance on the development of PSD.

A long-term ischemic stroke risk score model in patients aged 60 years and older with obstructive sleep apnea: a multicenter prospective cohort study
CONCLUSION: This model can help to identify high-risk OSA patients for early interventions of the risks of ischemic stroke associated with OSA.PMID:35426796 | DOI:10.12122/j.issn.1673-4254.2022.03.04

The independent and combined association of napping and night sleep duration with stroke in Chinese rural adults
ConclusionThe napping duration and nocturnal sleep duration have independently and jointly effects on stroke in rural populations. More research is required to explore the underlying mechanisms for this relationship.Clinical trial registrationThe Henan Rural Cohort Study has been registered on the Chinese Clinical Trial Register (Registration number: ChiCTR-OOC-15006699) (http://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=11375).
