Trends in volume-regulated anion channel (VRAC) research: visualization and bibliometric analysis from 2014 to 2022
Conclusion: The aim of this bibliometric analysis is to provide an overall perspective for research on VRAC. VRAC has become a topic of increasing interest, and our analysis shows that it continues to be a prominent area. This study offers insights into the investigation of VRAC channel and may guide researchers in identifying new directions for future research.

Continuous ingestion of sodium chloride solution promotes allergen absorption and may exacerbate allergy symptoms on ovalbumin-induced food allergy in mice
In this study, we investigated the effect of continuous ingestion of sodium chloride (NaCl) on allergy symptoms using a mouse model of food allergy. BALB/c mice were divided into four groups of 6-8 animals each. The control-water group (CW) and sensitization-water group (SW) groups were provided free access to water, and the control-1% NaCl group (CS) and sensitization-1% NaCl group (SS) groups were provided a 1% NaCl solution. Storax Inhibits Caveolae-Mediated Transcytosis at Blood-Brain Barrier After Ischemic Stroke in Rats
Conclusion: Our experimental findings demonstrate Storax treatment inhibits caveolae-mediated transcytosis at BBB in the focal stroke model of rats. We also speculate that regulation of Cav-1, Mfsd2a, AQP4, and PDGFR-β expressions might be associated with its beneficial pharmacological effect, but remain to define and elucidate in future investigation.

Folium < em > Ginkgo < /em > extract and tetramethylpyrazine sodium chloride injection (Xingxiong injection) protects against focal cerebral ischaemia/reperfusion injury via activating the Akt/Nrf2 pathway and inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation
CONCLUSIONS: Xingxiong injection prevents cerebral ischaemia/reperfusion injury via activating the Akt/Nrf2 pathway and inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome. Neuroprotective Effect of Astragaloside IV on Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury Rats Through Sirt1/Mapt Pathway
