Endovascular treatment versus standard medical treatment for basilar artery occlusion: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
CONCLUSIONS: ET may improve the functional outcome and reduce mortality at 90 days but increase the risk of sICH compared with SMT in patients with BAO. Reduction in wound healing complications and infection rate by lumbar CSF drainage after decompressive hemicraniectomy

Optimizing maximum resection of glioblastoma: Raman spectroscopy versus 5-aminolevulinic acid
CONCLUSIONS: According to the study data, RS is capable of detecting tumor-infiltrated brain with higher sensitivity but lower specificity than the current standard of 5-ALA.
