Identification of Secondary Prevention Patients Eligible for PCSK9 Inhibitors Therapy According to the Routine Clinical Practice in Spain
ConclusionUp to 82% of patients with atherosclerotic CV disease do not achieve LDL-C levels recommended by the 2019 ESC/EAS guidelines despite being on optimized oral LLT therapy. In 17.9% of these patients LDL-C levels exceed 100  mg/dL, being eligible for PCSK9i in Spain.

The aim of this study is to analyze the variations in the incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality rates in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) receiving antithrombotic treatment (VKA, NOAC or antiplatelet drugs) between 2013 and 2020. In addition, this study estimates the impact of these variations in the use of healthcare resources and costs in Spain.

IJERPH, Vol. 19, Pages 14964: Reliability and Validity of the Motor Activity Log (MAL-30) Scale for Post-Stroke Patients in a Spanish Sample
Conclusions: The MAL-30 instrument can be considered a valid and reliable tool for assessing the quantity and quality of the use of the affected upper limb in the performance of the activities of daily living and the instrumental activities of daily living after stroke in a Spanish sample.

24-hour on-duty shifts during the training of neurology residents in Spain: changes in the last decade
DISCUSSION: Residents' guidance during the 24-hour neurology on-duty shifts follows the path set by the training program and the national commission. However, there are still some differences that go beyond purely healthcare aspects.
