Herbal medicine for post-stroke insomnia: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusion: This study will provide evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of HM for the treatment of PSI. Ethics and dissemination: No ethical approval will be needed because data from previously published studies in which informed consent was obtained by primary investigators will be retrieved and analyzed. Too Much Sleep Linked To Greater Risk Of Disease & Death, Study Finds
(CNN) — The recommended amount of sleep for adults is six to eight hours a night. Sleeping more than those hours is associated with an increased risk of death and cardiovascular diseases, says a global study published Wednesday in the European Heart Journal.
