Hypodensities within Hematoma is Time-Dependent and Predicts Outcome after Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Conclusion: There is a decreasing prevalence of IHH as the time from symptom onset to NCCT increases. Nevertheless, its presence is significantly associated with hematoma expansion and predicted poor short-term functional outcomes in spontaneous ICH.

Neurological manifestations of dengue fever
Conclusions: In this study of patients admitted with dengue, neurological complications due to dengue were seen in 2.64%. Encephalopathy, encephalitis and syncope were the commonest manifestations, followed by acute symptomatic seizures, intracranial haemorrhage and GBS. The entire neuroaxis can be involved in dengue infection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest reported study of neurological complications of dengue.

A Rare Case of Postoperative Extradural Hematoma in the Posterior Fossa Complicated by Both Stunned Myocardium and Neurogenic Pulmonary Edema
We report here for the first time, a case of postoperative infratentorial extradural hematoma in a patient triggering NSM and NPE at the same time. The challenges involved in the management of such a patient are described in this case report. The patient was successfully managed and discharged home with no new neurological deficits.

Raised Blood Urea Nitrogen & #8211;Creatinine Ratio as a Predictor of Mortality at 30 Days in Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage: An Experience from a Tertiary Care Center
Conclusions: The study showed that SICH was associated with significant mortality. Independent predictors of death at 30 days were lower GCS on admission, larger hematoma volume, and BUNR of more than 39.17.

Analysis of Risk Factors for Epilepsy after Combined Re-Vascularization in Adult Patients with Moyamoya Disease
Conclusions: Pre-operative epilepsy, the location of the bypass recipient artery, new cerebral infarction, hyper-perfusion syndrome, and intra-cranial hemorrhage may have a causal relationship with epilepsy in adult MMD patients. It is suggested that some risk factors could be intervened to reduce the incidence of post-operative epilepsy in MMD patients.
