Conclusion: Radiologists should be aware of various MRI brain findings in dengue and a pattern recognition approach often helps in reaching the correct diagnosis albeit after exclusion of other differentials based on laboratory studies.

Association of APOE gene polymorphism with stroke patients from rural Eastern India
Conclusions: There is significant association of APOE gene polymorphism in stroke patients of ethnic Bengali population. The E4 allele increases significant risk for development of ischemic strokes, and it also plays nonsignificant increase in trend in hemorrhagic strokes.

Paradoxical Embolism in a Case of Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia: Case Report with Literature Review
We describe a 48-year-old male who presented with acute onset giddiness, mild dysarthria, right hemiparesis, and ataxia. Clinical examinations indicated left cerebellar signs with right hemiparesis.
