Combined use of the GRACE ACS risk score and comorbidity indices to increase the effectiveness of hospital mortality risk assessment in patients with acute coronary syndrome
CONCLUSION: CCI and its own comorbidity model, but not CDS and CIRS, are associated with the risk of hospital mortality. E-004 Focal intracranial vasculopathy as a manifestation of COVID-19-associated acute ischemic stroke
ConclusionTo our knowledge, our case is the first to illustrate the potential for COVID-19 infection to present as a focal intracranial vasculopathy in an otherwise healthy young-patient, resulting in acute ischemic stroke without an underlying hypercoagulable state. Clinical Outcomes of Atherectomy Prior to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Comparative Assessment of Atherectomy in Patients With Obesity (COAP-PCI Subanalysis).
