Effect of electroacupuncture  in patients with post-stroke motor aphasia : Neurolinguistic and neuroimaging characteristics.
CONCLUSIONS: Our study showed that the brain lesion regions in post-stroke motor aphasia were not completely consistent with the classical motor speech center. By using MRI our study results suggest that the formation of cognitive language may be involved with the cortical-subcortical functional networks. Acupuncture may be useful for treatment of motor aphasia after stroke. PMID: 27590260 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
