Efficacy and safety of dual antiplatelet therapy after percutaneous coronary drug-eluting stenting: A network meta-analysis
Conclusions: S-DAPT + P2Y12 has the lowest bleeding risk, while L-DAPT has the highest bleeding risk. In the outcome of MI, stent thrombosis, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events, L-DAPT has the best efficacy. In the outcome of stroke and all-cause mortality, the 4 interventions were equally effective.

Impact of Denture Use on Ischemic and Bleeding Outcomes of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Conclusions More than one-third of the patients with acute MI wore dentures. Our findings suggest that denture use is significantly associated with an increased risk of ischemic events but not bleeding outcomes after acute MI.PMID:36130888 | DOI:10.2169/internalmedicine.0306-22

Multivessel vs. culprit-only percutaneous coronary intervention strategy in older adults with acute myocardial infarction
CONCLUSIONS: In the setting of older adults with MVCAD who were managed invasively for AMI, a MV-PCI strategy to pursue complete revascularization was associated with better survival and lower risk of NACE compared to a CV-PCI. Adequately sized RCTs are required to confirm these findings.PMID:36109262 | DOI:10.1016/j.ejim.2022.09.006
