A Case Report of  Profuse Bleeding in the Lower Gastrointestinal Tract due to Dieulafoy Lesion in the Rectum
Acta Med Indones. 2023 Apr;55(2):201-204.ABSTRACTDieulafoy lesion is a rare condition that usually occurs in cases of gastric bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract. However, this condition can also occur in the lower gastrointestinal tract but less frequently. The lesion is an arteriolar malformation that extends to the submucosa, causing erosion and bleeding. Efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for secondary constipation: a systematic review and meta-analysis
ConclusionAccording to the current studies, the overall relief rate of patients with secondary constipation after electroacupuncture treatment was improved, the defecation pressure score was reduced, the weekly natural defecation was more complete, and adverse reactions were not increased. Electroacupuncture therefore shows potential for treating constipation, but more high-quality studies are needed to confirm these findings.

Higher Incidence of Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms among Black and Hispanic Women on Screening MRA in Large Urban Populations ADULT BRAIN
CONCLUSIONS: Targeted screening for high-risk elderly women of Black or Hispanic descent will yield higher positive findings for brain aneurysms, which may mitigate the risk of rupture. Whether this is a cost-effective approach has yet to be determined.
