Clinical Symptoms, Laboratory Parameters and Long-Term Follow-up in a National DADA2 Cohort
In conclusion, this cohort describes the clinical, genetic and laboratory findings of 29 Dutch DADA2 patients. We describe the occurrence of HLH as a life-threatening disease complication and report a relatively high incidence of malignancies and mortality.

ConclusionThere was no statistical significance for those within or out side the Milan criteria or UCSF criteria and its impact on the occurrence of graft rejection, sepsis, vascular complications, death, HCC recurrence and biliary complications post-transplant.

Transplant Radical Nephrectomy and Transplant Radical Nephroureterectomy for Renal Cancer: Postoperative and Survival Outcomes.
CONCLUSIONS This study reports outcomes of the largest series of transplant radical nephrectomy and nephroureterectomy for malignancies of renal allografts. Cardiac Transplantation for Cancer Involving the Heart
Cardiac Cancer (CC) that arises from or involves the heart can present as heart failure, chest pain, stroke or another thromboembolic event. Although patients with CC have limited treatment options, in other organ cancers such as hepatocellular carcinoma, liver transplant improves 5-year overall survival in carefully selected patients1. For CC, however, the benefit of replacing the cancerous heart is uncertain because one-year survival is generally estimated around 50% after this rare operation.

Cerebral air embolism during CT-guided lung biopsy
A patient with cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, on the waiting list for liver transplantation, presented with lung nodule during initial evaluation. A CT-guided core needle lung biopsy under general anaesthesia was performed. Pneumothorax (figure 1) and a large amount of gas within the left ventricle (figure 2) were identified during the procedure. Neurological focal signs (drowsiness, conjugate eye deviation and right hemiparesis) were observed in the anaesthesia-recovery period.
