Preliminary evaluation of a small interfering RNA molecular probe targeting murine double minute 2 in breast cancer
Conclusion The [99mTc]HYNIC-siRNA 1489 was taken up by the tumor, which had a high level of MDM2. The probe exhibited a sufficient retention time in the tumor. This probe may be an effective strategy for evaluating MDM2 expression and achieving early diagnosis in breast cancer.

Effect of IDH3{alpha} on glucose uptake in lung adenocarcinoma
Conclusion: High expression of IDH3α in lung adenocarcinoma patients showed higher glucose uptake than low expression ones. IDH3α affect glucose uptake of lung cancer through AKT-GLUT1 pathway, the down-regulation of IDH3α can reduce the generation of lactic acid in tumor cells.

The imaging research of chemokine receptor 4
Conclusions: With the bifunctional chelator HYNIC and SnCl2,the CXCR4 siRNA molecules probe that labeled with 99mTc was constructed successfully. The molecular probe has the better labeling efficiency, stability and interference activity. The 99mTc-HYNIC -siRNA1026 could specificity accumulated in the tissue with CXCR4overexpression Key words:CXCR4; siRNA; T-47D cells; 99mTc

Fluciclovine (18F) is a marker for high-affinity glutamine transporter ASCT2-mediated amino acid transport in breast cancer
Conclusion: Unlike prostate cancer, fluciclovine appears to be predominantly transported by the high-affinity glutamine transporter ASCT2 in breast cancer. This raises the potential for future clinical use in imaging response to inhibitors of glutamine metabolism, ASCT2 and pathways which regulate ASCT2. Role of Adenine Nucleotide Translocase2 on the 18F-FDG uptake and differentiation in cancer
Conclusion: ANT2 expression correlated with FDG uptake in the various cancer cell lines. Higher level of ANT2 expression was observed in dedifferentiated cancer, and this indicates that ANT2 can be used as a marker of malignancy in various cancer. Research Support:
