Leonurine suppresses prostate cancer growth < em > in vitro < /em > and < em > in vivo < /em > by regulating miR-18a-5p/SLC40A1 axis
This study further unveiled the mechanism by which Leo inhibited prostate cancer progression, which provides a promising potential for its future clinical application.PMID:36588358 | DOI:10.4103/0304-4920.365459

GSE217342 TSPAN18 facilitates bone metastasis of prostate cancer by protecting STIM1 from TRIM32-mediated ubiquitination
Contributors : Qianghua Zhou ; Tianxin Lin ; Hai HuangSeries Type : Expression profiling by high throughput sequencingOrganism : Homo sapiensWe demonstrated that TSPAN18 was overexpressed in prostate cancer (PCa) and markedly accelerated PCa cell migration and invasion in vitro and bone metastasis in vivo by inhibiting E3 ligase tripartite motif containing 32 (TRIM32)-mediated stromal interaction molecule ubiquitination and degradation. To further investigate the genes regulated by TSPAN18, we knockdown TSPAN18 by siRNA and performed high-throughput sequence. So we identify a series of genes regulated by TSPAN18.
