Conclusion: These assays are suitable for routine diagnostic. The UltraFast NextGenPCR is the fastest with average time (30mins), followed by Agilent (2 hrs) and MassArray (6hrs). Chloride channel-3 (ClC-3) is over-expressed in a variety of cancers and involves multiple tumor biological events.
