Subacute Flaccid Tetraparesis

After clinical examination, laboratory analysis, EMG, MRI and muscle biopsy we diagnosed a statin-associated immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy. Neurorehabilitation and prednisolone therapy as well as immunomodulatory therapy with azathioprine did not result in remission.
