Breastfeeding experience, challenges and service demands among Chinese mothers: A qualitative study in two cities.
This study shows that mothers encounter different problems and have specific needs for support at different stages of breastfeeding. The relationship between birthing related factors and maternal breastfeeding confidence in China.
CONCLUSION: There is a significant relationship between perception of control during labor and maternal breastfeeding confidence in the early postpartum period. Strengthening perception of control during labor can improve breastfeeding self-efficacy. Providing professional and emotional support for women during the intrapartum period should be strengthened. The Effect of Maternal Self-Regulated Motivation on Breastfeeding Continuation
Conclusions for PracticeThe study found that self-regulated motivation was positively related to breastfeeding duration. Maternal self-regulated motivation toward breastfeeding could be enhanced by the availability of social support and breastfeeding-friendly facilities, resulting in longer breastfeeding duration.

IJERPH, Vol. 18, Pages 11430: Breastfeeding Supportive Services in Baby-Friendly Hospitals Positively Influenced on Exclusive Breastfeeding Practice at Hospitalization Discharge and Six Months Postpartum
Conclusion: Better breastfeeding supportive services during hospitalization were significantly associated with higher rate of exclusive breastfeeding at discharge and six months postpartum. More effective measures should be adopted to improve the implementation of the breastfeeding supportive services in Baby-Friendly Hospitals to promote exclusive breastfeeding and better maternal and child health.

Maternal exposure to PM < sub > 2.5 < /sub > /BC during pregnancy predisposes children to allergic rhinitis which varies by regions and exclusive breastfeeding
CONCLUSIONS: Children in east of China had the highest risks of developing AR per unit increase of maternal exposure to PM2.5 during pregnancy, especially BC constituent. The Impact of Sex of Child on Breastfeeding in the United States
Conclusion We have shown that, for Hispanics in the US, sex of child may have an impact on breastfeeding, a health behavior that has a variety of positive impacts on infants throughout their lives. Boys, relative to girls, were at a disadvantage in breastfeeding initiation and duration. Future work is necessary to unpack the mechanisms behind these findings. In particular, how sex of child impacts how mothers and fathers view the nutritional needs of their children and breastfeeding more broadly.
