The effect of parecoxib sodium combined with perioperative psychological care on postoperative pain in elderly patients with hip fractures
CONCLUSIONS: Perioperative psychological nursing combined with preemptive analgesia of parecoxib sodium has a significant positive effect on elderly patients with hip fractures after surgery. The combined nursing intervention can further alleviate postoperative pain, improve patients' psychological status, promote the recovery of hip joint function, and significantly improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients.
