Interior Department boosts restoration
The largest manager of public lands in the United States last week announced it will manage them to promote ecological stewardship, while continuing to allow extractive commercial uses such as mining, oil drilling, and cattle grazing. Targeting foamy macrophages by manipulating ABCA1 expression to facilitate lesion healing in the injured spinal cord
This study aimed to elucidate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the functional changes in foamy Mϕ and their potential implications for SCI. Contusion at T10 level of the spinal cord was induced using a New York University (NYU) impactor (5 g rod from a height of 6.25 mm) in male mice.
