have you seen PRES syndrome?
I saw a lady on the ward round on Friday who is mid 70's, has a long history of hypertension that is poorly controlled (BP 180 / 90 -100) and has presented with poor gait, headache and poor memory. A CT head was unremarkable and on discussing it with the neurologist the possibility of PRES came up. She is booked for an MRI but I'm not sure I have ever diagnosed this syndrome and if I have seen it I have failed to diagnose it. How common is this?

Hospitalist job in canada
Hello everybody,
I first thank everyone here for taking time to read my post and trying to help me with their suggestions and helpful advise.
I do have a few important questions for fellow members.
I am 30 year old hospitalist physician working in USA. I am board certified in Family Medicine but have only been doing adult hospitalist job for last 2 years. I do not want to do regular FP job. I also want to see only adult patients with medical problems.
I earn around 300 000/yr here in texas but I want to move to canada. I did some basic research and found that there are quite a few hospitalist opportunities in canada...

P. Aerginosa Infection - Forehead Sinuses
Does anyone else have this? I've had a Pseudomonas infection for over a year. Gives me migraines. I do daily sinus rinses with the salt/water solution with Alkalol, Johnson & Johnson and Baking Soda added. The green infection is draining from my sinuses to back of my throat (post-nasal drip basically) and it's like a thick sticky blob of infection. VERY annoying.
