CONCLUSION: ChatGPT has the potential to significantly transform MHC, from streamlining administrative tasks to enhancing therapeutic contact. Aspects such as privacy and information accuracy should be central in its implementation. While current scientific evidence is still quite limited, ChatGPT already offers possibilities that should now be utilized by healthcare professionals.
