IDH Wild-type Glioblastoma Presenting with Seizure: Clinical Specificity, and Oncologic and Surgical Outcomes.
Conclusions The typical patient with IDH-WT GBM with SaO is a young (<55 year) male without a history of headache. The lesion is typically small to medium in size and located in the temporoparietal dominant lobe, with a high tendency to involve the SVZ. Safety and Efficacy of Endovascular Embolization of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms within 72 ?hours of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Conclusion?Early embolization of ruptured cerebral aneurysms within 72?hours of rupture is safe and effective and can significantly decrease periprocedural complications compared with management beyond 72?hours. Timely management of cisternal and ventricular blood can reduce hydrocephalus incidence and improve prognosis. Preliminary Results of Endoscopic Radiofrequency Treatment of the Sacroiliac Joint Syndrome
Conclusion In this retrospective study, we could demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of endoscopic SIJ denervation in the treatment of SIJ pain using only one incision for three levels on each side. Further studies should investigate if this procedure is more effective than percutaneous RF. Acute Parkinsonism in a Patient with Spinal Cord Injury: A Case Report
We describe a rare/unusual case of a patient with C7–D1 fracture/listhesis who, 12 days after the trauma, developed a progressive cognitive impairment together with mandibular tremor. Seven days after the onset of symptoms, because of the persistence of mandibular tremor and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 4, therapy with L-DOPA/benserazide was started, which resulted in gradual reduction of symptoms and complete recovery of consciousness. This could be the first report of PD appearing only 12 days after an SCI in the acute stage. Early differential diagnosis on the first manifestations of this kind of symptoms should ...

Comparison of Two Drainage Systems on Chronic Subdural Hematoma Recurrence
Conclusion CSDH is a common disease with a high rate of recurrence. Although using a drain postoperatively has shown to reduce the incidence of recurrence, little is known about the best type of drain to use. Our analysis showed no difference in the recurrence rate between using the pediatric size NGT and the EVD catheter post-TDC. The Efficacy of Local Flaps in the Treatment of Traumatic Scalp Defects
Conclusions Local flaps can be widely used. In carefully selected cases, they have the fewest disadvantages of all surgical techniques. In our experience, large angiosomes of the main scalp arteries allow the treatment of defects larger than 30 cm2 with local flaps. Our experience also suggests that the dimensions of flap length to flap width can exceed a ratio of 2:1 in the scalp.
