Is there a risk of saddle nose deformity after spreader grafts and flaps?
Conclusions:
Spreader grafts/ flaps are highly effective in improving nasal functions, but saddle nose deformity appears to be a possible risk. This complication has not been previously reported in the literature in relation to these procedures.
