E74 like ETS transcription factor 3 (ELF3) is a negative regulator of epithelial- mesenchymal transition in bladder carcinoma.
CONCLUSION: ELF3 showed selective expression in low-grade cell lines and tumor tissues. Overexpression of ELF3 in mesenchymal cell line UMUC3 resulted in reduced invasion and decreased expression of mesenchymal markers. We observe association of low ELF3 expression with increased risk and overall poor survival using publicly available data. Frameshift mutation of candidate tumor suppressor genes QK1 and TMEFF2 in gastric and colorectal cancers.
CONCLUSIONS: Our data show that candidate TSG genes QKI and TMEFF2 harbor mutational ITH as well as the frameshift mutations in GC and CRC with MSI-H. The ratio of Bcl-2/Bim as a predictor of cisplatin response provides a rational combination of ABT-263 with cisplatin or radiation in small cell lung cancer.

MicroRNA-124-3p suppresses cell migration and invasion by targeting ITGA3 signaling in bladder cancer.
