Butyrate alleviates renal inflammation and fibrosis in a rat model of polycystic ovarian syndrome by suppression of SDF-1
CONCLUSION: The present investigation demonstrates that PCOS declines renal function, which is accompanied by renal inflammation, apoptosis and fibrosis. Panobinostat (LBH589) combined with AM1241 induces cervical cancer cell apoptosis through autophagy pathway
CONCLUSION: LBH589 combined with AM1241 activated the endoplasmic reticulum emergency pathway, DNA damage repair signaling pathway, oxidative stress and autophagy pathway, ultimately promoting the apoptosis of cervical cancer cells.
