SUNY, CUNY campuses to institute distance learning amid COVID-19 concerns
New York state's public colleges and universities are about to feel the impact of the coronavirus, with Gov. Andrew Cuomo announcing that all SUNY and CUNY schools implementing distance learning for the balance of the semester. Cuomo said Wednesday afternoon campuses will have "some flexiblity" but the action will mean that the bulk of coursework will take place online through May. The measure is to take effect March 19. RUS: Special Servicing of Telecommunications Programs Loans for Financially Distressed Borrowers

USDA Prioritizes Investments in Telemedicine to Address Opioid Crisis in Rural America
