HIV Testing, Linkage to HIV Medical Care, and Interviews for Partner Services Among Women - 61 Health Department Jurisdictions, United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, 2015

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) is a CDC recognized lifestyle change program aimed at preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes in high risk individuals. Vaccination Coverage for Selected Vaccines, Exemption Rates, and Provisional Enrollment Among Children in Kindergarten - United States, 2016-17 School Year
Median vaccination coverage was 94.0% for 2 doses of MMR vaccine; 94.5% for the state-required number of doses of DTAP vaccine; and 93.8% for 2 doses of varicella vaccine. The median exemption level remained low (2.0%) but exemption rates varied by state.
