Should I change my diet to improve focus and intelligence in school and on mcat?
I eat a lot of junk food and fast food, but my goals are more extreme, like completely eradicating artificial sugar and fast food, rather than eating it occasionally or in moderation. (I have a newfound regard now for the dietary consult service, and any patient who is visited by them.) Any other recommendations besides tried-and-true trail mix, granola bars, etc.? (And if so, any in particular... Read more (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Step 1 dedicated study in a tropical/vacation location?
Wondering if I should go to a place with good wifi and change of sceneray for 2-4 months of dedicated Step1 PREP? like Bali, indonesia (Been there before). Study with online sutdy partners (no issues with keeping schedule) But also get that chagne of scenery and really relaxing/rejuvinating TIME off as my current city, the time off / down time /off days option are boring (US BASED). any ideas or is it too risky? Food will be different, etc. Although i'm on keto diet and eat simple food. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Pharmacist Diet Thread
Title says it all...just curious what others are doing...there's just so many factors to consider (personal health, climate/weather, costs, macronutrient/kcal goals, micronutrient goals, vitamin/mineral goals, food volume, variety in food groups consumed/balance, equipment, digestion, etc.) Thinking of refining my diet with more emphasis on frugality and environment (plan on investing in an air fryer)...mostly frozen fruits and vegetables with fish (budget versions of oysters and salmon...
