old vs new Chad videos?
I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm a relatively new user here lol So I noticed there's chadsvideos and there's a course saver version. I just wanted to use Chad's videos for the DAT GC and OC but are both platforms the same in terms of video content? What are the benefits of buying the subscription on course saver as opposed to the free chadsvideos version? Thank you! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Ring Expansions
seem to be giving me a little bit of trouble. I have watched both Chad's and Mike's and only Mike covers it (for 2 seconds) so I assume its not a high yield topic but better safe than sorry. Based on my understanding, it's an SN1 mechanism and occurs to relieve ring strain. I would assume it would mostly likely show up on the DAT in a 3 or 4 membered ring but I could be mistaken. I'm not sure how to identify when it will occur on a given problem. Any help would be appreciated... Ring Expansions (Source: Student Doctor Network)

First Bootcamp Full Length Score. Need advice!
Hello SDN. I just took a full length on Bootcamp. Score is: Bio- 19 Chem- 22 Ochem- 19 PAT- 18 QR- 20 RC- less than 15 (21/50) I ran out of time by quite a large margin for both RC and PAT... I currently use search and destroy method for RC. I look at the questions first then go back to the passage to find the answers. Should I use a different strategy? For prep, I did all of the Chad chem videos, and most of the Chad ochem videos. I read about 1/3 of Cliffnotes for bio. I did buy DAT... First Bootcamp Full Length Score. Need advice! Need Advice for DAT (Dental Admission Test)
First, I would like some advice from people who took the DAT or people that know what sort of material to study with. I'm currently studying the Kaplan DAT 2016 Strategies, Practice and Review. I went over the entire book once, and now I'm going over it a second time. I don't know what else I need to incorporate in my studying. I obviously need practice exams and questions. I heard DAT destroyer and Chad's videos will do, but can anyone clarify this for me or provide me with... Need Advice for DAT (Dental Admission Test) (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Help deciding what Destroyers to buy
Hi everyone, Just finished OChem 1 and have 1.5 months of free summer time to study so I decided to buy my DAT destroyer material. I'm for sure getting DAT destroyer and Math destroyer, however, I was wondering how useful GChem and OChem destroyer are? Is it worth the extra money? What benefits do they have that other resources don't (like what do they provide that the DAT destroyer book doesn't as well as chad's videos etc...) Thank you! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

How to Study?
In conclusion, I was wondering if anybody had studied by doing a whole week of reading Cliffs and making notecards, then another week for Gen chem with Chad, Ochem with chad the following week, and QR the week after. While reviewing everything every week? As time progresses? I have a solid... How to Study? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

7/11/2017 DAT Breakdown (23 AA/22TS)
Hey guys, I took the DAT a few hours ago and thought I would make a breakdown to give back to the amazing people of SDN. Here it goes! Scores: PAT: 20 QR: 28 RC: 23 Bio: 20 GC: 23 OC: 23 TS: 22 AA: 23 Resources used: DAT Bootcamp, Chad's Videos for GC and OC, Cliff's AP Biology 3rd Edition, DAT Destroyer (2016 Edition), Math Destroyer (2016 Edition). PAT (20): I pretty much used Bootcamp as my sole resource for this section. Man the... 7/11/2017 DAT Breakdown (23 AA/22TS) (Source: Student Doctor Network)

DAT in 3 days...Am I ready?
This will be my second time taking the DAT. The first time I applied was to 3 schools last year with a 19AA/18TS (20 bio, 19 GC, 15 OC(!), 23 RC, 20 PAT, 18 QR) and was waitlisted at one and rejected from the other two. I've been studying pretty hard for the past 5 weeks (4-8+ hours/day) with Ferrali's notes, Cliff's Bio, Chad's and Mike's Videos, Destroyer (through ~150 questions so far of each), BC, and Qvualt. Currently I've been focusing mainly on Bio, GC, and Orgo. All my practice... DAT in 3 days...Am I ready? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Chad's videos + Alternatives to Bootcamp for PAT?
Hi I just had two questions. Which source of chad's videos is the best source? I know there is the 50 dollar coursesaver one but he apparently isn't affiliated with them anymore and now posts on his website? Should I use his website? He even has this chemistry prep website that he now promotes? Should I use that or is that too much information? I can't find any of his QR videos on his new website so should I just pay the $50 for course saver? Honestly really confused what are you guys... Chad's videos + Alternatives to Bootcamp for PAT? pH and pOH calculations
When reviewing Chad's GC, I have a very hard time calculating pOH and pH in my head from their [H+] or [OH-]... and vice versa. Does anybody have a good explanation for this? The biggest thing is if, for example, I was given an [OH-] of 7.7x10^-5. I know that the pOH has to be around 5, but then it would be lower due to the increase of OH- from 1.0, right? But I just dont know if it would be lower and closer to 4 or to 5. The flip-flop of higher decimals converting to lower pOH/pH... pH and pOH calculations (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Watched Chad's, still feel lost..
It's my second time studying for the DAT and I just finished watching all of Chad's Orgo and Gen Chem videos. I took notes and did the associated quizzes. I still feel really lost about the information, and am not sure how to confidently move on to doing Destroyer and bootcamp? If I am being honest with myself, I feel like I need to go back and rewatch those videos, but I am scared that will take too much time, as I'd like to take my DAT by mid July. Thanks. Breakdown: 26TS 24AA. Practical tips, tricks, and nuggets of wisdom.
First off, I want to say thank you to this entire community. Everyone on here is very supportive and helpful. Having an awesome community of other people in the same boat made this experience a lot less stressful. Also, a special thanks to Nancy and Dr. Romano, Feralis, Don Kim, and Chad from Chad’s videos. My scores: AA/TS/Bio/Gchem/Ochem/RC/QR/PAT 24/26/25/26/30/20/19/18 I realize that my scores are a little lop-sided and not perfect. However I feel like throughout... Breakdown: 26TS 24AA.
