DAT retake 3rd Attempt
Hi! I would love advice on what studying resource to use for my third attempt! 1st attempt: 2021 used DAT Bootcamp, Chad's Prep. score breakdown: AA:16,TS: 17,PAT: 16,QR:13,RC:16,BIO:16,GC: 16,OC: 17. - I was def not ready this attempt, I rescheduled countless times and just wanted to get it over with. My studying time was like 2 month intervals every 6 month in other words I was not very consistent! This was very dumb and a waste of money but I mainly used DAT bootcamp every time... Are the OAT physics questions just as hard as Chad ’s physics questions?
If you’ve taken Chad’s quizzes for physics then you probably know what I’m talking about.. The first few questions from his quizzes are simple and easy, then the last few of his questions get so difficult and complex. Will they be like that on the OAT or is he just over preparing us? What chem videos are the best?
Chad's, Bootcamp, DATBooster, or something else? I started off using Bootcamp's videos and they didn't do much for me. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Practical DAT Test Day Experience & Breakdown (23AA/22PAT/23TS) by a First-time ( & Last-time) Taker
Greetings fellow predental peeps of SDN. I have been a long-time lurker on this forum since the very day I signed up for the DAT. I wrote my exam about a month ago and I was quite happy about the result: AA 23, PAT 22, TS 23, BIO 23, GC 28, OC 20, RC 21, QR 23 Prep time: 2 months 13 days following DAT Booster's 2021 Study Schedule (with slight modification) -I followed the schedule for the most part and supplemented daily Anki practice (200 cards daily) and Chad's Prep. Took the DAT recently and here is what I thought about it
Took my DAT recently and here is what I did and thought about the real DAT. Biology = Anki + Ferialis Notes + Booster vids. I went over each test after I took and wrote down how everything that I missed and everything I didn’t know for sure. The real test had surface level stuff and I was surprised how similar the test was to DATBooster. Some were word to word from booster. Chem = Chad's Videos + Booster PDF notes. I thought the DATBooster test was very similar... Read more (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Orgo Section studying
Hi all, I've been studying for orgo using mostly the OAT Destroyer book as well as Chad's videos. The problems in the Destroyer are for some reason, extremely difficult to me, such as the reaction questions that ask you to predict the product, etc. How should I study for the orgo section to be able to answer these practice problems? Best OAT Study Materials to use before the OAT?
I'm taking the OAT in a few weeks and have gone through most of the content now, including Feralis notes, OATDestroyer (starting my 2nd round now), Chad's videos and some of the OATBooster question banks. Since my exam is coming up soon, I'm debating whether I should focus on practice tests (Kaplan FL and OATBooster)? or redoing the OATDestroyer questions for a 2nd round? Any advice on what the best material to use for these last few weeks before my exam? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

My OAT Experience
I just wanted to share with you all about my OAT experience in August 2020. Although I did not get an almost perfect sore, I still think it would be still helpful to those writing or in the process of writing the OAT. I studied for this exam for about one and a half months using the Kaplan book, and Chad's videos. The subjects I studied in order were: general chem, physics, organic chem, and bio. I did not study for the reading comp or quant reasoning sections. I do not recommend this... Read more (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Coursesaver + Kaplan for OAT?
Planning to study for the OAT over winter break this year. I have ordered the Kaplan Study Set with the book, two practice tests, and the QBank (for $90 it seemed like a steal tbh). I also plan to order the CourseSaver OAT Prep for one month so I can access Chad's videos and the practice questions. Would studying for about 1.5 months be reasonable? General Chemistry Extensive Content Review
I need help figuring out how to go about doing an extensive content review for General Chemistry. I was a ***** at this stage of my undergrad and crammed and learned minimal amounts of info. I was thinking about reading Kaplan's book and watching Chad's videos or Khan Academy? My professor has left up recordings for semester 2 topics as well, but nothing for semester 1. Chad's Prep Videos
Hi all, For those who used Chad's videos (coursesaver) to prepare for the OAT, did you only use his OAT specific videos? Or did you use all the videos he has posted for each subject? Thanks! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

DAT Breakdown 25AA| 23TS| 23PAT
I took my DAT in September and got a satisfying score so just wanted to share some of my experiences with preparing for DAT. I used DATBooster (which include PATBooster), DAT Destroyer, and Dr.Chad's video for my review. Review on the resources I used: DATBooster -- I took most of the practice tests, watched some of the biology and chemistry videos for a general topic review. I found the practice tests (for OC, GC, BIO) to be very helpful... DAT Breakdown 25AA| 23TS| 23PAT (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Chad's Organic chem chapters that can be skipped?
Hey future doctors! Does anyone know if certain sections from Chad's Prep (Organic chemistry section) can be skipped/eliminated from studying? Looking at the OAT 2020 guide, I see 2 chapters covered in Chad's Prep that aren't explicitly listed in the OAT guide to be tested on: Chapter 16: Conjugated Pi Systems and Pericyclic Reactions Chapter 22: Amines Anyone else using Chad's for Ochem review skip these or other chapters that I am missing as well... What are the best resources to study for Canadian DAT
Hi, I was wondering what resources were the most useful to study from for the Canadian DAT. I currently have DATcrusher as I heard it's the most representative for Canada's DAT. Through the other forums, I've heard that people have also used resources including Chad's videos, Feralis, Cliff, Barron, Dat destroyer, DAT Bootcamp etc. I think for me, it wouldn't be very efficient to go through all of those. Any recommendations of which one I should definitely invest my time in? Are certain... What are the best resources to study for Canadian DAT (Source: Student Doctor Network)

OAT Resources/ Studying
Hi there, I've read a lot of posts about people's experiences and what they used in order to score the score that they got. I have noticed a lot of people recommending Chad's videos/ course saver. Is there a difference between the two or are they the same? Additionally, I was wondering how is the DAT Bootcamp for the OAT? I have not seen much on that. Also, what did you guys use to study for the bio section? I have noticed that this section has the most wonky responses. Bio is taking me... OAT Resources/ Studying (Source: Student Doctor Network)
