Translation, validation and psychometric properties of the Albanian version of the Nurses Professional Competence Scale Short form
CONCLUSIONS: The A-NPCS-SF showed evidence of validity and reliability in measuring four professional competencies. Having an appropriate scale in Albanian for professional competence self-assessment by nurses constitutes an essential step in measuring these competencies. New language database narrows search for first speakers of Indo-European
Across Eurasia people utter similar words for foot : pied in a Parisian café, pāvn (پاؤں ) in a Karachi bazaar, pṓda in the mountains of Tajikistan. The estimated distribution of autochthonous leishmaniasis by < i > Leishmania infantum < /i > in Europe in 2005 –2020
Conclusions/SignificanceOverall, there was no evidence of widespread increased incidence of autochthonous human leishmaniasis byL.infantum in European countries. Visceral leishmaniasis incidence followed a decreasing trend in Albania, Italy and Portugal, and peaked in Greece in 2013, 2014 and 2017, and in Spain in 2006 –2007 and 2011–2013. Animal and human cutaneous leishmaniasis remain highly underreported. In humans, hospital discharge databases provide the most accurate information on visceral leishmaniasis and may be a valuable indirect source of information to identify hotspots of animal leishmaniasis. In tegrated...

Cancers, Vol. 15, Pages 3658: Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4/6 Inhibitors and Dermatologic Adverse Events: Results from the EADV Task Force & ldquo;Dermatology for Cancer Patients & rdquo; International Study
Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, we present the largest case series of cutaneous adverse events developing in advanced breast cancer patients treated with CDK4/6i. We showed that cutaneous toxicities are usually mild in severity, and manageable with standard supportive care; however, in selected cases, they can lead to treatment discontinuation with possible implications for patients’ clinical outcomes.
