Evaluation of buffered local anaesthesia in dental extraction: A  randomized controlled study

ConclusionsBuffered LA significantly reduced the onset of action of anaesthesia and pain during injection, especially on the palatal side, and resulted in better satisfaction with the extraction procedure.
