Vertebral Body Infarction after Transarterial Preoperative Embolization of a Vertebral Hemangioma
Conclusion Vertebral infarctions are an extremely rare complication of spinal endovascular procedures. To our knowledge, this is the first case of multiple postembolization vertebral infarctions, without spinal cord involvement.
