Successful treatment of severe heart failure in advanced diabetic kidney disease using angiotensin & #8211;neprilysin inhibitors (sacubitril/valsartan) & #8211; report of two cases with review of options in literature

We report two cases of HF with reduced ejection fraction, who received ARNI in advanced stage of CKD (stage 5) and achieved remarkable outcomes in terms of quality of life and longevity.
