Comparative Efficacy and Safety Study of Darbepoetin Alfa versus Epoetin Alfa in Management of Anemia Associated with ESRD in Egyptian Hemodialysis Patients

CONCLUSION: Our study showed that DPA was more effective and well tolerated in achieving and maintaining Hb levels with lower dosing frequency compared to EPA.
