Application of platelet ‐rich fibrin after surgical extraction of the mandibular third molar: a systematic review and meta‐analysis

ConclusionsDue to a small number of included studies, it was not possible to evaluate the effect of PRF after mandibular third molar surgery. Future trials should focus on a higher methodological quality to produce reliable and comparable study results.
