In Regard to Frankart et al.

We read with great interest the recent review by Frankart et al dealing with the diagnosis and management of osteoradionecrosis (ORN) after radiation therapy for head and neck carcinomas.1 This undoubtedly represents a comprehensive and multidisciplinary work in exposing all aspects of one of the most relevant late toxicities related to head and neck radiation therapy. In this regard, this work should be considered as a benchmark pointing out the current state of knowledge and future directions in this field.
