P2Y12 receptor inhibitor plus aspirin versus aspirin treated within 24 hours of acute noncardioembolic ischemic stroke or TIA: Meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: P2Y12 receptor inhibitor plus aspirin vs aspirin given within 24 h after acute noncardioembolic ischemic stroke or TIA reduces the risk of subsequent stroke.
