Comparative Proteomic Analysis Reveals Novel Biomarkers for Gastric Cancer in South Indian Tamil Population
CONCLUSION: Most of the differentially expressed proteins were involved in angiogenesis, plasminogen-activating cascade, and blood coagulation pathways which are known to play a critical role in gastric tumorigenesis. Our current results provide a panel of candidate biomarkers for GC with novel biomarkers which were not reported earlier.PMID:34082671 | DOI:10.2174/1386207324666210603120320
