ConclusionChoroid plexus carcinoma with leptomeningeal spread in adults is very important for rapid diagnosis and treatment. In the case of the presence of leptomeningeal spread, craniospinal irradiation can be considered as a treatment method, but may have serious complications. Hence, the technique should be applied with care.
