An RNAi screening of clinically relevant transcription factors regulating human adipogenesis and adipocyte metabolism

CONCLUSIONS: This comprehensive RNAi screening in hASC suggests that a large proportion of WAT TFs that are impacted by metabolic conditions might be important for hyperplastic adipose tissue expansion.
