Neurologic complications after transradial or transfemoral approach for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization: A propensity score analysis of 16,710 cases from a prospective registry
Conclusion.
Rates of documented stroke/TIA were low. Our observational study suggests that widening the use of the transradial approach is not associated with an increased risk of clinically relevant procedure‐related neurologic complications. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
