COMP (Cartilage Oligomeric Matrix Protein) Neoepitope: A Novel Biomarker to Identify Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis.

CONCLUSIONS: Degradation of COMP may be associated with atherosclerosis progression and generation of a specific COMP fragment-COMPneo.
